Now, my service engagement letter states that there are no refunds of payments received. That is mostly true. If you do not cooperate, keep missing deadlines, or out right lie to me or the IRS you will receive a termination of services letter. No refund.
Both the client and company must do their best to do everything with thought, honesty, and commitment. But what if you are getting the run around? Read this from a site I like. When I was an RO, I would have enjoyed working with them.
